- The production value could be better. In some (not all) of the explanatory videos, Steffi could be closer to the camera and the sound is echo-y. Background music is on the newer videos and this is a welcome addition.
- There’s no “pick up where you left off” option, so you have to navigate to your place manually.
- If you forget to click the “complete” button for a lecture, it’s possible to get to the end of a lesson and it will show that you are 80/90% complete but you won’t know which lecture you haven’t clicked so have to go back to check them all.
- Pages can be slow to load.
- No Facebook group, forum or community page.
- Quizzes are not at all challenging.
